Common questions
What data do you collect from our PIMS?
Only anonymized clinical signals: species, breed, weight, presenting symptoms, diagnoses, treatments administered, and outcomes. We never access, store, or process patient names, owner contact information, billing data, or any personally identifiable information.
How does the Connected plan work across my practice?
Once your practice connects its PIMS, every veterinarian at that practice gets unlimited access for free. Each doctor signs up individually using the email address on file in your PIMS — we verify the match automatically. No approval steps needed.
What does "collective intelligence" mean?
Insights is trained on peer-reviewed veterinary research, but it also learns from the real-world clinical data contributed by connected practices. When you ask a question, you're drawing on the combined experience of every participating clinic — not just published literature. The more practices that connect, the smarter it gets.
Can I switch from Independent to Connected later?
Yes. If your practice decides to connect its PIMS, you switch to the free Connected plan starting the next billing cycle. The same applies to all DVMs at your practice.
Which PIMS systems do you integrate with?
We currently support ezyVet. We're actively working with Digitail, Cornerstone, and Avimark to add support — if you use one of these systems, please reach out to your rep and let them know you're interested. It helps our case.
